Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Tracking available

Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your 5.11 Tactical pants, Carhartt jeans, or other professional workwear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Uniform items (including 5.11 Tactical Uniform Pants/Shirts and Carhartt Uniforms)
  • Flame-resistant clothing that shows signs of wear

Simple 4-Step Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval
    Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send return instructions with your RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return
    Package the items securely and include your RMA number clearly marked on the package.
  4. Receive Your Refund/Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days after processing

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on 5.11 Tactical pants, Carhartt jeans, or other workwear:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate your desired replacement item and size
  • We’ll ship your exchange once we receive the original item
  • You’ll only pay any difference in price plus shipping if applicable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective workwear (including 5.11 Tactical gear or Carhartt work clothes), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
