Our Return & Exchange Commitment

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Your satisfaction with our 5.11 Tactical, Carhartt, Bulwark, and other professional workwear is our top priority.

Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on uniform items (including 5.11 Tactical Uniform Pants/Shirts and Carhartt Uniforms) or any flame-resistant clothing that shows signs of wear.

Simple Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the items securely and include your RMA number (provided in approval email).
  4. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days after processing

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on 5.11 Tactical pants, Carhartt jeans, or other workwear:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item and size
  3. We’ll ship your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. You’ll only pay any difference in price plus shipping if applicable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective workwear (including 5.11 Tactical gear or Carhartt work clothes), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
